Weapons
When we first started selling weapons in 2025, wanting to give fighters a good weapon with a good cost without breaking the bank. Our first weapons were Kitespar core bats with a hard plastic 3d printed handle.
As we got better and got better materials, we switched to having all of our weapons on carbon fiber cores with a 4LB foam inner box and a 2LB foam striking edge. A few days before Armageddon, Sir Dragonfly cut a sword at a weird bevel just to see what would happen. This became our iconic sword bevel.
Around that time, we switched to a softer TPU handle and changed our blade fabric to Mountain ripstop on all our weapons as well. We wanted to make sure we carried enough colors of each for everyone to feel like they had aweapon customized to them.
We tried many types of foam looking for something that gave the softness for a nice hit, firmness for a nice stiff tip, and durability for tournaments and events worth of abuse. In January of 2026, we started using Dark Steel foam. It is now what we use in everything from our blues to our reds.
As more and more weapons were made, we started branching out from just blues, first starting with hoplite spears, then moving to full length spears, and finally debuting reds during frostbane of 2026.
